The aim was to enhance the travelling experience for Rehabus users. Over the course of nine weeks, we discovered, through interviews, own observations and site visits, a few problems the users were experiencing.

The two main problems that kept coming up was that the seats were uncomfortable and the interior uninspiring, and they had to be solved fast. Therefore, we suggested designing a new headrest that can attach to the existing seat and provide increased comfort, and at the same time upgrade the environment by including greens to the side panel.
